New listings written from your product information and brand guidelines, in the right shape for each platform: full product pages for Shopify, titles, bullet points, descriptions and backend keywords for Amazon, item specifics for eBay. Existing listings are kept complete and consistent, images named and ordered to each platform's requirements, and a short report says what was created, fixed or flagged.

Yes. A catalogue audit finds the suppressed, incomplete and inconsistent listings first, then fixes them in priority order: the bestsellers with missing attributes before the long tail. Amazon suppressions are corrected within Amazon's rules, and the fix is recorded so the same product does not drift again next month.

From you: your spec sheets, supplier data, images and brand guidelines. The VA turns that into listings and never invents a claim, a dimension or a compatibility note that is not in your source material. Gaps in the source data are listed back to you as questions rather than filled in.

Your brand guidelines and your existing best listings are the onboarding material, and the first listings are reviewed by you before the VA writes at volume. After that, each new listing is written the way the approved ones were, and a UK team supervises the quality.

The entry rate is £5 per hour for the first 6 months on the Entry tier. After the promotion the e-commerce rate card applies: £6.50 per hour full time, £1,040 a month for 160 hours, or £6.80 per hour part time, £544 a month for 80 hours. For a large backlog, hours can start high for the clean-up and settle to a maintenance level afterwards without penalty.
