Product Listing Virtual Assistant: a complete, consistent catalogue from £5 per hour
A catalogue is never finished. New products arrive, variants change, images get replaced, a marketplace changes its rules, and every gap is a listing that does not convert or does not show. A product listing virtual assistant is one dedicated person who writes and optimises your listings and keeps the whole catalogue complete and consistent across every channel you sell on. It is the catalogue half of our e-commerce virtual assistant service: UK-managed, based in our Cairo office, working from your product information and brand guidelines, from £5 per hour on the entry rate, on a rolling monthly agreement.
What a product listing VA does
Writes and optimises listings
Titles, bullet points, descriptions and backend keywords for Amazon; full product pages for Shopify; item specifics for eBay; from your product information and brand guidelines.
Builds new products across channels
Takes a new product from your spec to a live listing on every channel, with the same facts, the same images and the right attributes for each platform.
Keeps attributes and variants complete
Sizes, colours, materials, dimensions, compatibility: the fields that decide whether a product shows in a filter or a search.
Manages images and media
Names, orders, sizes and replaces images to each platform's requirements, and flags the products whose images are letting them down.
Audits the catalogue
Finds the incomplete, inconsistent and suppressed listings, fixes them in priority order, and reports what changed.
Prices, promotions and updates
Applies price changes, discounts and seasonal updates across channels in one pass, without a product being missed.
Different stack? These are examples. Your VA is trained on your catalogue, your platforms and your brand guidelines during onboarding, and works inside your accounts, not ours.
A dedicated listing VA vs a one-off listing project
A one-off project gets the catalogue clean once. Six weeks later the new products, the price changes and the platform rule changes have started the drift again, and the agency that did the project has moved on.
A dedicated VA keeps the catalogue clean every day, learns your products and your brand voice once, and writes each new listing the way the last one was written. A UK team supervises quality; if the fit is wrong we replace the person and carry the handover. For catalogue work that is measured in accuracy at volume, continuity is the whole value.
Who a product listing virtual assistant is built for
Brands launching products every month
Every launch is a set of listings across every channel. A VA turns the spec into live, consistent listings while you work on the next product.
Sellers with large catalogues and thin attributes
Hundreds of products with missing sizes, colours or dimensions are hundreds of products invisible to filters. A VA fills the gaps in priority order.
Multi-channel stores fighting inconsistency
The same product with three names, two prices and one wrong image across three channels. A VA gives it one truth.
Marketplace sellers with suppressed listings
Amazon suppresses listings that break its rules; a VA who knows the rules fixes them and keeps them fixed.
