Thank you for choosing Ant Assist Ltd. (“Ant Assist,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and any other referenced policies. We may update these Terms periodically, and your continued use signifies acceptance of any changes.

  1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these terms and conditions (“Terms”), the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings unless the context requires otherwise:

“Ant Assist” – A company registered in the UK

“Client” – The entity or individual who contracts Ant Assist for services.

“Services” – Virtual assistant and business support services provided by Ant Assist.

“Agreement” – The contract between Ant Assist and the Client governing the provision of services.

“Confidential Information” – Any data, documents, or proprietary details disclosed by either party that are not publicly available.

“Fees” – The agreed-upon payments for the services rendered.

  1. Use of Our Services

Ant Assist provides fully managed, in-house virtual assistant services, supporting businesses with administrative, sales, customer service, marketing, and other tasks.

2.1 License to Use Services

By using our Services, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for business purposes.

  • You may not resell, distribute, or misuse the Services.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any misuse.

2.2 Independent Service Model

Ant Assist employs all virtual assistants in-house and does not operate as a freelancer marketplace. Virtual assistants are trained, supervised, and managed by our team to ensure quality service. We are not responsible for third-party actions or omissions, including services provided by external contractors.

  1. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration.
  • Use our Services in compliance with UK laws.

Failure to meet these criteria may result in account suspension or termination.

  1. Account Security & Management

Clients are responsible for maintaining account security, including keeping login details confidential.

If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at info@ant-assist.com.

Ant Assist is not liable for losses resulting from compromised accounts due to user negligence.

  1. Payment & Subscription

5.1 Pricing & Payment Terms

Ant Assist operates on a monthly subscription model, billed in advance, with pricing determined by usage plans. Payments are processed automatically via credit/debit card or direct bank transfer. VAT may apply based on UK regulations.

5.2 Billing Cycle & Renewals

The Agreement begins on the Commencement Date and continues until terminated by either party. Fees for services are based on the Client’s selected plan or individual service pricing. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing [30 days] written notice to the other party.

5.3 Refund Policy

A one-time deposit is required upon sign-up to cover onboarding and talent matching. Deposits are non-refundable, except where Ant Assist fails to provide a suitable assistant within 31 calendar days. The deposit counts towards your first month’s subscription fee.

5.4 Late Payments & Service Disruptions

Services may be temporarily suspended if payment remains outstanding for more than 10 calendar days. Additional fees may apply.

6.1 Client Responsibilities

By using Ant Assist services, clients agree to:

Clients must provide accurate and complete information with clear instructions and access to required tools/software. They are responsible for removing VA access to accounts when no longer required. Clients must also maintain open and timely communication with their assistant.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Clients may not use Ant Assist services for:

  • Illegal, unethical, or fraudulent activities.
  • Spamming, phishing, or unauthorised data collection.
  • Engaging in any activity that violates UK Laws.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of services.

  1. Confidentiality & Data Security

We take data security and confidentiality seriously:

  • We are fully compliant with UK GDPR regulations.
  • All communications are encrypted.
  • Strict access controls limit data exposure.
  • Ant Assist never sells or shares your data with third parties without consent.

  1. Quality Assurance & Support

8.1 Dedicated Performance Manager

Every client is assigned a Performance Manager to:

8.2 Managed Virtual Assistants

Unlike freelancers, our assistants are:

  • Continuously trained and monitored for quality assurance.
  • Supervised by an experienced management team.
  • We maintain high service standards but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes.
  • Working from a structured office environment for reliability.

8.3 Ongoing Training & Supervision

  • Assistants receive continuous training to stay updated with industry standards.
  • Performance is monitored daily, ensuring consistent service quality.
  1. Liability & Disclaimers

9.1 Limitation of Liability

Ant Assist does not guarantee specific results and is not liable for indirect losses, including business interruptions or loss of revenue. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., failures of third-party software). Instructions provided by the client that lead to operational issues are also not our responsibility.

9.2 Client Indemnity

The client agrees to compensate Ant Assist against claims arising from:

  • Misuse of services.
  • Breach of confidentiality.
  • Unauthorised data sharing or security breaches.
  1. Cancellations & Termination Policy

To cancel your subscription, notify us via email at least 30 days before renewal.

Failure to provide notice may result in an additional billing cycle charge. If you need to pause services, we will attempt to assign the same VA upon resumption, but availability is not guaranteed.

Ant Assist reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • There is persistent non-payment despite reminders.
  • The client engages in abusive or inappropriate behaviour.
  • The services are used for illegal, fraudulent or unethical activities.
  • The client violates confidentiality agreements.
  1. Dispute Resolution

For any billing or service disputes, please get in touch with info@ant-assist.com.

If a resolution cannot be reached. The preferred method of resolution is mediation, followed by legal action if necessary.

  1. Intellectual Property & Use of Content

All website content, branding, and materials are owned by Ant Assist. Clients may not copy, distribute, or reuse our content without written permission.

  1. Confidential Information

Both parties agree to keep any disclosed confidential information private and not share it with third parties without prior written consent. This clause remains in effect even after the termination of the Agreement.

  1. Third-Party Services

Ant Assist may integrate with third-party platforms, but we are not responsible for their functionality, security, or service disruptions. Use of third-party services is at your own risk, and any agreements are between you and the third-party provider.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes. Clients will be notified of significant updates via email.
