By using our services, you agree to abide by this policy. Violation of any of these terms may result in immediate account suspension, termination of services, and potential legal action where necessary.

This policy is subject to updates, and your continued use of Ant Assist services signifies acceptance of any modifications.

  1. Prohibited Services and Activities

Ant Assist does not permit, support, or facilitate any of the following services or activities:

1.1 Unlawful and Criminal Activities

Any form of fraud, identity theft, or impersonation.

Money laundering, pyramid schemes, or financial fraud.

Unauthorised access to confidential or proprietary data.

Stalking, harassment, threats, or any form of intimidation.

Any request or engagement related to hacking, phishing, or cybercrime.

1.2 Unethical or Illicit Requests

Spamming, mass email fraud, or misleading marketing practices.

Any assistance in plagiarism, exam cheating, academic fraud, or contract fraud.

Forging, modifying, or fabricating legal, financial, or government documents.

Providing access to, distributing, or requesting counterfeit products, including software, licences, or documentation.

1.3 Unauthorised Financial Transactions

Direct financial transactions between users and Ant Assist employees or virtual assistants outside of the official payment system.

Requesting virtual assistants to engage in investment schemes, trading, or financial speculation on the client’s behalf.

Encouraging or participating in fraudulent chargebacks or disputes against Ant Assist services.

1.4 Violence, Abuse, and Exploitation

Any request involving physical harm, violence, or threats against individuals or organisations.

Requests that promote, assist, or tolerate hate speech, discrimination, or extremism.

Human trafficking, exploitation, or any illegal employment arrangements.

1.5 Adult and Sexual Content

Any pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult industry-related services.

Requesting personal, intimate, or inappropriate tasks from virtual assistants.

Escort services, dating scams, or compensated relationships.

1.6 Illegal or Restricted Goods and Services

Solicitation or distribution of illegal drugs, unregulated pharmaceuticals, or controlled substances.

Firearms, explosives, or any weapons-related transactions.

Requests that involve smuggling, tax evasion, or import/export fraud.

  1. Business Conduct and Ethical Standards

Ant Assist is a professional service provider, and we expect all clients to maintain ethical business practices when working with us. The following activities are not permitted:

2.1 Exploitation of Virtual Assistants

Unfair, abusive, or unethical treatment of virtual assistants.

Requiring virtual assistants to work outside agreed-upon hours without compensation.

Requesting tasks that violate employment laws, worker rights, or create unsafe work conditions.

2.2 Conflicts of Interest & Direct Hiring Attempts

Clients may not attempt to bypass Ant Assist and hire virtual assistants directly.

Any attempt to solicit, recruit, or establish side agreements with an assigned virtual assistant outside of Ant Assist’s contract terms will result in immediate service termination. Additionally, Ant Assist reserves the right to impose a financial penalty and take legal action if necessary.

These restrictions remain in effect for a defined period after the client’s engagement with Ant Assist. This ensures fairness, protects business interests, and upholds contractual agreements. By using our services, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2.3 Misuse of Confidential Data

Clients may not request access to, store, or share sensitive personal, financial, or medical records without proper authorisation.

Data obtained through Ant Assist services may not be used for illegal purposes, unsolicited marketing, or sold to third parties.

  1. Consequences of Policy Violation

Violating this Zero Tolerance Policy will result in the following actions:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of services.
  • Forfeiture of any service fees or deposits paid.
  • Reporting to legal authorities where required by law.
  • Permanent blacklisting from Ant Assist services.

In cases where violations affect third parties, Ant Assist may cooperate with law enforcement and disclose relevant information as legally required.

If you suspect a violation of this policy or have concerns about another user’s activities, please report it immediately.
